1.2. Access to the website is approved subject to the terms detailed below (hereinafter – “Terms of Use”).
1.3. The user of the website must read these regulations carefully before browsing the website. Continued browsing and viewing the published information constitute the user’s consent to the provisions of the regulations.
1.4. The website regulations may be changed at any time by Motzim, at its sole discretion, without the need to provide prior notice. Motzim may amend, add or change the terms of use of the website from time to time. A change in the regulations will enter into force from the moment it is published on the website.
2. Conditions for Using the Website
2.1 Registration on the site is intended for individuals aged 18 and above.
2.2 The website may not be used for commercial purposes or any illegal activity.
2.3 The system cannot filter or screen registrants on the website.
2.4 Upon registration in the company’s customer database, the user consents to receiving direct marketing communications via mail, email, and mobile phone (SMS), at no cost to the user.
2.5 Beyond promotional content, special offers, and news, the company will not utilize the user’s data without explicit permission, except where required by law to prevent misuse.
2.6 When contacting via email, the user’s email address will be used solely for response purposes and will not be shared with third parties. If the user wishes to receive additional information via email, they must notify the company accordingly.

3.2 The content and information displayed on the site originate from the site’s management, the Walkaholics brand, or third parties. The management strives for accuracy, but inaccuracies or disruptions may occur due to technical issues or human error. The company and the brand are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from reliance on or use of the information published on the site.
3.3 Product images are for illustration purposes only, and there may be differences between the images and the actual products sold in the store.
3.4 The brand does not guarantee stock availability for the products advertised on the site.

4. Technical Issues and Data Security
4.1 Users acknowledge that disruptions may occur due to technical problems beyond the company’s control — such as power outages, website hacking, server crashes, human error, etc. These may result in loss of data, partial or incorrect display of information, inability to browse the site, or failure to save submitted details. The user waives any claims or demands related to such issues.

5. Additional Conditions

Delivery time and purchase terms:

Delivery by courier to the customer’s home within 5-7 business days after the order is placed.) Provided that no special order has been placed/that the size and color are in stock, we will notify the customer by phone after the order is placed. In the event that the size is not in stock and the desired size needs to be produced, the shoes will arrive at the customer’s home within 14 business days.

Day of delivery of goods – the day on which the goods were delivered to the requested destination specified by the customer.
Mailing address – the address registered by the customer on the order form as the address for sending orders.
Order date – the day the transaction was approved by the credit card company that the customer entered on the order form.
Business days – do not include Friday, Saturday, holiday eves, holidays including Chol Hamoed.
Additional courier cost for replacement according to a price list that will be determined from time to time.
There is no refund for the cost of the courier service – which is actually paid to the courier company for the transportation and is its sole responsibility.
The business is solely responsible for the sale and delivery of the product/service to the customer.

Product Return Policy:
The product return policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Law 5741 1981 and its regulations.
In order to remove doubt and for greater clarity, please note the following notes:

It is clarified and emphasized that items purchased as part of sales and/or end-of-season sales cannot be returned in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
The business is responsible for maintaining customer information, all subject to the privacy policies of the site’s regulations.
No monetary credit will be given for products for which no monetary consideration was paid, such as promotions or gifts.
For products sold at a discount as part of a sale and the customer expressed interest in returning them – the customer will receive a refund minus 8% of the item’s value or a refund in the amount of 100 NIS, whichever is cheaper, although if the shoe was handmade or in sizes 41-46 ordered from the website or from the store or purchased by phone, no refund will be given. As for products sold at a discount as part of a sale for which the customer expressed interest in receiving a cash credit for use on the website, the value of the credit will be equal to the original amount paid without deduction.
Items and products that arrive with a defect that prevents the item from being sold as new will not be returned and the buyer will not be entitled to the purchase amount.
A product purchased for less than 100 NIS will not be eligible for a refund.
How to return products – The customer will return the product to the store in order to receive a refund. The product must be returned to the store from the date of receipt until the end of 48 hours thereafter, which are not days off, provided that the price tag on the product, if any, has not been removed. In order to receive a credit for a year or a replacement, the product must arrive within 7 days. In any case, products that are not as new as detailed in the section above will not be accepted. Any customer who purchases shoe sizes above size 41 and up to 46 will not be refunded due to personal production in these sizes. At your personal discretion.
There is no refund for courier services – which are actually paid to the courier company.
Refunds will be made 7 business days after the goods are returned or at the beginning of each calendar month, whichever is later. Use of our courier company to return returned products will be charged solely for the returning customer.
