Delivery and purchase conditions: Delivery by courier to your home (3-8 business days after the day the order was placed.) Provided that no special order was placed/that the size and color are in stock. Self-collection: According to the opening hours of the store in Jaffa at 13 Beit Eshel St. 10:00-15:30 Holidays and evenings and 10:00-18:00 Mon-Fri: Hours of operation Day of delivery of goods – the day on which the goods were delivered to the requested destination specified by the customer. Mailing address – the address registered by the customer on the order form as the address for sending orders. Ordering day – the day on which the transaction was approved by the credit company that the customer entered on the order form. Business days – do not include Friday, Saturday, evenings of holidays, holidays including Hol Hamoed. Additional courier cost for replacement according to a price list that will be determined from time to time. There is no refund for the cost of the courier service – which is actually paid to the courier company for the transportation and is its sole responsibility. The business is solely responsible for the sale and delivery of the product/service to the customer.
Exchanges and credits will be credited according to the price actually paid for the items, minus 8% (not including shipping fees), as it appears on the purchase invoice.
Products purchased on the site can be exchanged or returned for credit, within 14 business days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in good condition, and has not been used, accompanied by a purchase invoice and subject to all laws.
Absolutely yes, a consumer who purchases a product on the Walkaholics website may cancel the transaction in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.

In the event of cancellation due to a defect in the product or a discrepancy between the product and the details provided to the consumer regarding the product or due to failure to deliver the asset or service on the date set for this or another breach of the terms of the contract (“Discrepancy”), Walkaholics will refund, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, that part of the transaction price paid by the consumer for the defective product, will cancel the charge for the transaction, will provide a copy of the charge cancellation notice and will not charge any cancellation fees from the consumer other than the shipping costs accepted by the express courier company.
In the event of cancellation not due to a product defect or non-conformity, Walkaholics will refund, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, that part of the transaction price paid by the consumer, cancel the charge for the transaction, provide a copy of the charge cancellation notice and charge a cancellation fee at a rate not to exceed 7% of the price of the property that is the subject of the contract or transaction, or 100 new shekels, whichever is lower.
If the product has been received by the consumer, the consumer will return the product by courier (and not using Israel Post) to the Walkaholics brand at 13 Beit Eshel Street, Tel Aviv-Yafo. Enclosed is a letter of inquiry and the purchase invoice for the purpose of identifying the relevant transaction.
It will be possible to use the courier company that works with Walkaholics Shoes to return the product, subject to payment of return fees, which may differ from the shipping fees received.
A transaction cannot be canceled for goods that were not manufactured specifically for the consumer following the transaction, unless due to a product defect or non-conformity.
Credits and product exchanges are only possible at the factory store in Jaffa, 13 Beit Eshel Street, Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
Exchange of products purchased on the website will be made at the factory store, subject to their availability in stock in the stores.
